The Vision To build a park where skateboarders and inline skaters can come to skate and have a good time, while providing a wholesome Christian environment.

The Reason How many times have you been kicked out of your favorite spot?  How many times have you been hastled just for doing simple slappies, or just riding through somewhere? We know what this is like, and we know it sucks!!  OutKast was built BY skaters FOR skaters, to give you a place to skate, without being hastled or kicked out.  We value your input, and we are here for you.  Feel free to let us know what you would like to see at the park, and we will pool resources to try to make it happen.
